You must have a business, boutique or website with a valid proof of resale license. No reselling on eBay, Etsy or auction sites please.  You may, however, if the charms are used on items that you have created.

International resellers do not have to provide a resellers license number.  Shipping charges for international shipments is a flat rate of $12.95.

Wholesale orders generally ship within 2-3 business days, and are limited to product in stock. 

Other offers, coupons and special discounts offered on the website or through newsletters cannot be combined with your wholesale discount.

You agree that all sales are final. Exchange of similar item is available in the event you receive a product with a manufacturer defect.

Availability, pricing and discounts may change without notice, due to the fact that charm availability fluctuates.

The Charm Barn reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason we deem necessary.
