What payment methods do you accept?

We take Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. As well as debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. We also accept PayPal. For money orders, however we will not ship your order until we receive your payment. For quickest processing please use a credit card or PayPal.
Sorry, at this time we cannot accept personal checks.

Q: Order Confirmation
I think I placed an order, but I am not sure if it went through or not. How can I tell?

If you received an order number, then we received the order successfully. You should get an email confirming your order. Please be sure to enter your correct email address. Once your order does ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well.

How much is shipping?

We offer everyday low shipping charge of $1.95. We also offer FREE SHIPPING for any order of 12 or more items. No coupon needed, your shopping cart will automatically not charge you for shipping.
This price is only available for United States and Canadian addresses.
We also offer Priority Post and Overnight shipping options at additional prices. At checkout you will have an option of upgrading your shipping to an express method.
Q: Sales Tax
Will I be charged sales tax?

We only charge sales tax on orders that shipped to a California address. The current rate is 7.75%. If you are a wholesale customer, we will need a copy of your resellers license on file or we are required to charge you the 7.75% CA sales tax.

Yes! We can special order just about any charm that you can imagine. If you love one of our charm but rather have it in a different finish (gold, sterling, copper) we can do that for you as well!
Just contact us and we will begin our search for you. Normally we can have a special request shipped to you within 7 business days.

What is Rhodium Silver?

Rhodium is a precious metal, a member of the platinum family. Rhodium electroplating is used, especially on jewelry, to provide a surface that will resist scratches and tarnish, and give a white, reflective appearance. Rhodium plating offers the feel, durability and color of sterling silver however it is offered at a fraction of the price.

No! We cannot express enough that our charms are not recommend to be used for items which may come in contact with a child. Not only are they a choking hazard, some may contain metals which could become poisonous to a young child if they were to ingest them. Many of our charms have cute fun themes and some children might think they would be fun to play with however please use them with utmost caution.
Q: International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?

We do ship worldwide. We do offer flat rate charges of $9.00 for orders being shipped to Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. If you are from another country please contact us and we will offer you a shipping rate quote. Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for import taxes that your county might charge for your order. Countries vary with what tax levies they impose, we would suggest checking with your local post office if you have any further questions.
