    Can I substitute charms from a different set into one I wish to purchase?

    A: No, the sets must be sold as shown in the photograph, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

    Q: Single Charm Purchase
    Can I order one single charms from a set you have listed?

    A: Unfortunately, we cannot sell individual charms from sets. This would break up the sets and we would have sets with missing charms. We realize this may not be beneficial for everyone, but we do try to be unique and offer themed charm sets unlike the many other sites online that sell charms individually.

    Can we use Coupon Codes?

    A: Certainly! We offer our customers various coupon codes quite frequently via our email newsletter. Only one coupon code can be used per retail order. Coupon codes cannot be used with any other discounts.

    Q: Exchange Policy
    Can I exchange items?

    A: If you would like to exchange charms, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return them, as well as paying an additional $1.95 to have the desired charms sent back to you. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

    What is your Return Policy?

    A: If you don't love it, return it. Pretty simple! Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused item for a store refund or credit within 7 days of purchase. Just email us to let us know the method you prefer. The return shipping fees will be the responsiblity of the customer.

    Q: Shipping Rates
    How much is shipping?

    A: We offer an everyday low shipping charge of only $1.95. This price is only available for United States addresses. Lighter packages are sent via US Postal Service First Class, so please allow up to 7-10 days for your package to arrive. Packages thirteen ounces and over will be sent via US Postal Service Priority mail.

    The shipping charges to Canada have increased drastically, so our rates had to increase accordingly.

    If you need your order quickly, we do offer USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail shipping at additional costs. When you check out, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, as well as Paypal. Money order are accepted, but orders will not ship until your payment is received. We are unable to accept personal checks as a payment at this time. Please mail your money order to:

    Q: Order Confirmation
    I think I placed an order, but I am not sure if it went through or not. How can I tell?

    A: If you received a confirmation email with an order number, then we received the order successfully. Please be sure to enter your correct email address when placing your order. If you make payment with Paypal, you will receive an email from them when your order has shipped. If paying with credit card, you may not receive notification.

    Do you ship internationally?

    A: The Charm Barn is pleased to offer flat rate shipping fees for orders being shipped to Australia, Europe, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST USE PAYPAL AS THEIR PAYMENT OPTION.

    Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for import taxes or duties that your county might charge for your order. Countries vary with what tax levies they impose, so we would suggest checking with your local post office if you have any further questions.

    Are your charms safe for children?

    A: No! We cannot express enough that our charms are not recommend to be used for items which may come in contact with a child. Not only are they a choking hazard, some may contain metals which could become poisonous to a young child if they were to ingest them. Many of our charms have cute fun themes and some children might think they would be fun to play with; however, please use them with utmost caution.
